This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the DShow application, including Customers (event organizers) and Partners (performing artists, sound/lighting providers).

By creating an account or using DShow, you agree to the collection and data handling practices described in this document.

2. Information We Collect

DShow collects only personal information necessary for providing live booking services and secure escrow payments:

• Google Sign-In data: Full name, email address, profile image as authorized when clicking "Sign in with Google".
• Account & Identity data: Phone number, address, and ID verification documents (for Partner artists only).
• Booking & Transaction data: Booking history, event date/time, venue address, contract values, and reviews.
• Payment data: Bank/e-wallet transaction details processed via PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (DShow does not store card numbers).
• Technical & Device data: IP address, device model, operating system, and access logs for security and fraud prevention.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

• Creating and managing your user account on DShow.
• Processing booking requests, generating electronic contracts, and facilitating organizer-artist communication.
• Operating secure escrow payment holds and releasing funds upon verified show completion.
• Delivering booking status updates, schedule reminders, and dispute resolution notifications.
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, intellectual property infringement, or terms violations.
• Improving the app experience and recommending relevant artists tailored to your preferences.

4. Google API User Data Policy Compliance

DShow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

DShow does NOT use Google user data to train AI/ML models without explicit user consent, and does NOT transfer this data to third parties except for providing core application features.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure

DShow NEVER sells, rents, or monetizes your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information is shared only under specific operational circumstances:

• Between Customer and Artist: Only essential details (name, phone number, venue location) needed to perform the event.
• Payment & Infrastructure partners: PCI-DSS certified payment processors and secure cloud providers.
• Legal obligations: When required by written order from competent authorities under Vietnamese law.

6. Storage & Data Security

Personal data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and stored on access-controlled servers. DShow implements robust technical and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

Data is retained for the duration your account remains active or as required by statutory retention laws for financial records.

7. Data Subject Rights (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP)

In accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have full statutory rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to know & access: Review and obtain a copy of your personal data stored by DShow.
• Right to rectification: Correct or update inaccurate personal details directly in the app.
• Right to erasure: Request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent: Revoke permission for data processing at any time via settings or support.
• Right to complain: File inquiries or complaints with DShow or relevant regulatory authorities.
